Yes! Non-Stick Grip Socks are required for all classes and at all levels to ensure our studio remains as clean and as safe as possible! Grip Socks allow for better stability on the reformer and will allow for a far more comfortable and productive experience. If you forget grip socks, we have our favorite brands of socks available for purchase at the front desk- simply ask your instructor!

We want our community to be just that—a community! For that reason, we allow a wide variety of ages to participate at our studio with a few restrictions!
Participants between the ages of 14-16 years will require a parent/guardian to be present and also enrolled in the same class as well as an acknowledgement form to be completed by the parent/guardian at the time of enrollment.
Participants 17 years of age will only require the acknowledgement form to be completed by the parent/guardian; supervision during class not required.
All participants will have their own Worth It Pilates account and information collected.
If you have any questions on this, please email us at FrontDesk@WorthItPilates.com

If you need to cancel or change a class reservation, this must be done more than 12 hours prior to your class start time. This policy is in place to allow for the best overall member experience—giving anyone trying to enroll in a class ample time to prepare if moved into class from the waitlist.
If you need to change or cancel class within the 12-hour window leading up to your class start time, this would be considered a “Late Cancel” and would incur a $15 fee. With “Late Cancels,” if you are a member on one of our “X-number of classes/month” memberships or a class pack client, your class would be remitted to you for future use.
If you are enrolled in a class and “No-Show” the class, you will incur a $25 fee. With “No-Shows,” if you are a member on one of our “X-number of classes/month” memberships or a class pack client, your class would also be lost and not refundable.

In most cases, it’s safe to continue working out during pregnancy with your doctor’s approval.
Reformer Pilates can be a great option because it’s low-impact and focuses on strength, stability, and breath. Movements can often be modified to support your body, with an emphasis on pelvic floor strength, posture, and controlled, comfortable movement. If you’re pregnant, please let your instructor know before class so we can provide appropriate modifications.
Note: Every pregnancy is different—always check with your healthcare provider before starting or continuing any exercise routine.

We offer multiple “levels” of classes at our studio! All Level 1 and Level 2 classes are accessible to beginners but if you are new to Reformer Pilates entirely, we would recommend beginning with Level 1 classes. Level 1 classes will be more educational in terms of cues and what certain cues mean and will allow for new clients to learn a solid foundation before leveling to the more advanced classes. Once a client has a good understanding of the common cues and feels comfortable, they are welcome to join Level 2 classes- even if still “newer” to the method!
FAQs before you arrive at the studio:
-
We recommend your favorite workout attire! Comfortable, fitted clothing will allow for our instructors to effectively see and correct your form and alignment if needed during the class! Come as you are, though, and where what makes you most comfortable! Note that excessively baggy clothing may be at risk of getting caught in the reformer so please be cautious of this.
For safety reasons, we do require that all clients wear non-slip grip socks. You are welcome to bring your own or we sell our favorite brands in studio for you to purchase at the front desk!

NEW CLIENTS: To ensure the safety of our clients, if you are new to Reformer Pilates or our studio, please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. We require that all new clients receive a proper introduction to the instructor and the equipment. For your safety, new clients will not be permitted to join class unless they receive a proper introduction to the reformer. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If you have questions, please email us frontdesk@worthitpilates.com
EXISTING CLIENTS: We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Once class has begun, there will be a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, our doors will be locked to ensure safety and to avoid disrupting other’s experience. If you arrive after the 5-minute grace period, please note that you will be subject to our “No-Show” policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Prior to taking class, you must sign an online liability waiver via Mariana Tek, our booking system. Additionally, you will also be required to acknowledge our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are both accessible at the bottom of this page.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio or while you’re participating in our classes.
Questions about Booking & Membership:
-
This feature will soon be available to sign up through the Worth It Pilates App and check into class; available on the App Store & Google Play.
-
If our classes are completely booked, we offer a running waitlist! This allows for our system to automatically move members into classes if an enrolled member changes their schedule and removes themselves from the class! Your position in the waitlist will be visible from within our app and if you are moved into class, you will receive a text notification!
If you are added from the waitlist into the class after the 12-hour cancellation window, the Late Cancel and No-Show policies still apply. For this reason, we recommend checking your waitlist status prior to this window and if you no longer plan to attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
Note that members will not be auto-moved into the class off of the waitlist less than 2 hours prior to class time. For example; if an enrolled member drops out of class at 5am for a 6am class, the Waitlist Spot #1 would NOT auto-move into the class. That spot would now remain “open” for anyone to direct book if they are up and available to join in time!

If you need to freeze your membership for any reason, please email FrontDesk@WorthItPilates.com.
Freezes require a minimum of a 1 month freeze with a maximum of 3 months frozen per year. Anything over the 3 month maximum would have a fee assigned per billing cycle; dependent on membership type!
Freezes also require a 14-day written notice.

All membership cancellations will be processed via the Worth It Pilates app. If for any reason you need to cancel your membership, please initiate the request through the app at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle. If requests are made within 15 days of the billing cycle, please note that an additional billing cycle will be processed.
Membership cancellations will continue to allow for full studio access for any billing cycle that has been (or will be paid.)
Cancellation requests may be followed up with outreach from someone on our team. If you have any questions, comments or concerns that are leading to your cancellation, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at FrontDesk@WorthItPilates.com.
